We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team and manage large-scale CIPP (Cured-in-place-pipe) trenchless pipe projects. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of pre-planning, scheduling, and cost tracking for CIPP, and sewer infrastructure projects.
The Construction Project Manager will be expected to manage all project phases, from estimating and pre-planning through to contract negotiation, budgeting, billing, and closeout. They will also be responsible for quality control, monitoring, and reporting project progress and revenue.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, experience managing contractors and tie-ins, and a deep understanding of all aspects of CIPP. They should be comfortable working in commercial, industrial, and municipal settings, with the ability to work with cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP)/trenchless pipe technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of CIPP and Trenchless pipe construction projects, from estimates and pre-planning through to contract negotiation, budgeting, billing, and closeout. Supervise contractors and tie-ins to ensure quality control and timely execution of construction activities. Monitor and report project progress and revenue. Ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
