Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our CCI Alliance team, a subsidiary of BBCH. The primary responsibilities of this position is managing multiple construction projects at the same time. This role will be the main point of contact between the client and the contractor.Responsibilities:This position is based in Merritt Island, FL. Salary: $105,000-$130,000• Manage the budget and create project schedules effectively.• Handle pay applications, procure subcontractors, and temporary services as needed.• Develop schedule of values for construction projects.• Oversee preconstruction and project closeout processes.• Be prepared for limited travel requirements.• Approve timecards for staff and direct reports.• Prepare formal correspondence letters for clients and subcontractors.• Conduct monthly project reviews and manage budget cleanups.• Review and execute subcontractor change orders.• Coordinate client modifications efficiently.• Process cost proposals accurately.• Interpret plans and specifications effectively.• Collaborate with higher field staff as necessary.Qualifications:• Federal Construction Project Manager Exp (NAVFAC, CBP, ACOE, NASA, VA).• ACOE QCM cert a plus.• OSHA 30hr cert a plus.• RMS and Procore exp a plus.• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunities to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Working Conditions Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
