Harper & Sons, Inc., a third-generation, family-owned and operated, energetic commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager for projects primarily located on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Qualifications: Minimum (5) years experience in Construction (field or management); minimum AA Degree (higher education is a plus); proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preference is given for commercial renovation experience. Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work without direct oversight and possess the ability to troubleshoot and identify problems and take initiative to expedite the project management process.
Responsibilities include: Estimating; Pre-construction activities;

Subcontractor/vendor

selection; Shop Drawing and Product Submittal preparation and management; scheduling; construction document management; other duties typical to general contracting and construction management.
A clean driving record, back-ground check, and random drug-testing are required.
