Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage and coordinate the construction and development of new and existing projects. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall construction process, including budget management, scheduling, and managing the subcontractors and vendors. The successful candidate will have experience in construction management, project management, construction practices, processes, and materials.
Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all stages of construction from pre-construction to completion. The ideal candidate must demonstrate problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with MS Project and Primavera software.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and coordinate the construction of projects in accordance with contract specifications, budgets, and timelines. Manage all subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper implementation of project plans. Develop and implement cost and budget plans. Monitor progress of the project and provide reports to stakeholders. Provide technical assistance and advice during the construction process. Ensure all safety, health, environmental, and legal requirements are met. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field. Commercial construction experience. 4+ years experience in construction management and project management. Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera software. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of construction practices, processes, and materials.
