Construction Project Manager

I am requesting a Construction Project Manager with the following profile Project: Construction Project Manager Location: Charleston, South Carolina Job Category: Expert We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. In this long-term position, you will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential construction projects from start to finish, including feasibility studies, permitting, site work coordination, materials procurement, contractor scheduling and quality control. Prepare and submit permit packages for construction projects. Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards. Manage and collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. Ensure clear communication and maintain regular progress reports for all stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction project management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building codes. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently; Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
