Your role will involve onsite presence coordination with subcontractors project scheduling budget management and ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to project scope schedule and budget. NAVFAC Experience: Utilize previous experience with NAVFAC projects to navigate project complexities and requirements effectively. OnSite Presence: Maintain a physical presence at the project site to oversee construction activities address issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules tracking expenses milestones and deliverables to ensure project completion within established parameters. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and regulatory requirements conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary. Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress issues and resolutions. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing challenges and implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts change orders RFIs and other projectrelated correspondence. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Requirements: Previous experience in NAVFAC projects and construction project management. Experience managing construction projects ranging from $1M to $5M. Strong communication leadership and organizational skills. Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (preferred).
