Construction Project Manager - Cei

The Opportunity:
Consor is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager for our Construction department in our Gainesville, Florida office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for administering the project construction contract documents and inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with project, regulations, and project specifications.
Verify the quality of construction materials and workmanship, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Collaborate closely with the project management team and subcontractors to ensure adherence to construction plans and schedules.
Document and report any observed deviations from plans, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective action.
Conduct final inspections and prepare reports for the project's completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, daily work reports, and correspondence related to the project.

Required Credentials:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a roadway project administrator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of highway construction and FDOT specifications,

regulations, and construction practices.
Familiarity with the inspection process and ability to identify and address construction issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey project findings and recommendations.
Attention to detail and ability to work with and supervise other project staff .
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CPM schedule, and MS Office and report writing.
