Job Description Turner & Townsend  is seeking a Major Programs Set and Assurance Project Coordinator to join our Major Programs team (USA). This is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting assurance for mega-projects exceeding $1 billion in value and exposure to setting up and managing large-scale programs across infrastructure, natural resources, and real estate sectors.
Job Description : Support comprehensive support for assurance reviews across Turner & Townsends Major Programs portfolio in the USA. Own the co-ordination with project teams to collate documentation, schedule meetings and drive audit completion. Collaborate with the Director in establishing and documenting assurance processes, including playbooks, websites, and methodologies. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create insightful reports for assurance activities for board reports and client presentations. Assist in the creation and implementation of best practice playbooks in project management, cost management, controls, sustainability, and digital transformation. Involved in the set-up of major programs, gaining experience in our approach to bidding, resource allocation, program establishment, client relationship management, and other key business practices. Assist with the execution of Guaranteed Maximum Prices (GMPs) for major programs. Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the assurance function. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications : Candidate will be expected to travel domestically once a month. Proven track record of success in relevant industry role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience with project management or cost management principles and best practices (preferred). Knowledge of construction or related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred). Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is $100K-$130K  per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
