Job Description:
As a Construction Materials Expert, you will utilize your expertise in various areas of construction, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, and roofing. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze construction job specifications and create comprehensive lists of required materials, parts, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your knowledge of construction trades to identify necessary materials for projects.
Ability to identify parts and materials from visual references.
Create detailed lists of materials based on project requirements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate procurement of materials.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in skilled trades within the construction industry.
Proficiency in at least one or more areas such as plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or roofing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
