We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in Masonry and Stucco to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and stucco applications, demonstrating leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers. Quality Control:
Monitor and enforce quality control standards for masonry and stucco work. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications. Team Leadership:
Provide effective leadership to construction teams, including subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and costs related to masonry and stucco work. Identify and address budgetary issues promptly. Materials Procurement:
Oversee the procurement of masonry and stucco materials. Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate contracts. Safety Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols for masonry and stucco construction activities. Conduct regular safety meeting sand inspections. Progress Reporting:
Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders. Communicate updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions. Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Record changes, approvals, another relevant information. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in masonry and stucco projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
