Construction Manager

Our client, an innovative, growing and trusted engineering and architectural consulting firm, is seeking aConstruction Managerwith a minimum of five years experience, to join their team. This is a hybrid/remote full time position located in Wheeling, West Virginia.The Construction Manager should possess experience in construction management, construction engineering, and have experience working on sanitary and storm sewer projects. In addition, you must be able to read and understand blueprints.What you will be doing?You will be working on-site at various projects and monitoring labor, materials, equipment, and construction operationsWritten reporting of operations, measurements and calculations, quantity collations, and appurtenant effortsMonitoring and reporting on extra work activitiesLiaison with clients, residents, and businesses affected by the work.What qualifications do you need?Bachelor's or associate degree in civil engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, or ConstructionPrior experience monitoring municipal infrastructure construction work on sanitary and storm sewer projects, waterlines, pump stations, roadway improvements, and related work for compliance with the contract plans and specifications.Ability to read and understand blueprints, and contract specifications and to interact with clients, contractors, and management.Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.Comprehensive Benefits include:Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, 401(k) matching, Paid Time off, Tuition reimbursement
