Construction Lawyer Responsibilities:
Engage in close collaboration with clients in the construction industry, furnishing them with legal guidance. Manage contract negotiations, oversee risk mitigation, and aid in project strategizing. Take the lead in dispute resolution, encompassing mediation, arbitration, and, when necessary, litigation. Formulate customized legal strategies aligned with the business objectives of our clients. Develop budgets and project timelines to attain client goals. Construction Lawyer Skills and Qualifications:
Base salary range $100,000-$200,000. Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law. 2-10 years of experience in construction law. Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Adaptability and the capacity to excel both independently and in a fast-paced setting.
