Construction Foreman

Ellingson is hiring a Construction Foreman to join their growing rehabilitation/CIPP team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.
*This position is based out of our shop in West Concord, Minnesota, but nation-wide travel is required and will be paid for.

Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed. Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely. Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel. Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years or more of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred. Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience. Long hours and overtime will be required. Travel and overnight stay will be required. Regular travel schedule is a two week rotation: on duty 10 days and four days off. A positive, flexible, teamwork attitude. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Three years or more of construction rehabilitation and CIPP experience preferred. Three years or more of related supervisory or leadership experience.
