Construction Foreman

We are looking for a skilled and experienced construction site team leader to join our team and oversee the building of decks, docks, and screen rooms. You will be responsible for managing a crew of workers, ensuring the quality and safety of the work, and coordinating with clients and suppliers. You will also be expected to perform some of the construction tasks yourself, such as framing, decking, roofing, and installing screens and windows.Benefits are available after a probationary period!Responsibilities:Plan and supervise the daily activities of the construction crewEnsure that the work is done according to the specifications, budget and timelineMonitor and enforce the compliance with safety and quality standardsCommunicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and managementResolve any issues or problems that arise on the siteTrain and mentor new or less experienced workersPerform various construction tasks as needed, such as measuring, cutting, drilling, nailing, etc.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in construction or related fieldStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and plansProficiency in project management softwareCompetency in local building codes and regulationsAbout Company:Ready to make the most of your backyard?
