Job Description
This highly reputable, long-standing Commercial Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a quality Estimator to join their team! With their great reputation and continual flow of repeat/ new clients, they are in need of skilled, experienced and talented individuals like yourself! This positions requires minimal onsite work and will be done mostly in the office.
Requirements:
Experience- Masonry & Waterproofing Required Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates Degree preferred Computer literacy required Xactimate experience HIGHLY Preferred Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, Microsoft Suite Demonstrating sound knowledge in take-off estimating Ability to take off a drawing and put numbers to an Excel sheet Experience with material and sub-contractor pricing Proficiency in handling submittals Pay/Benefits: $80k-$100k DOE Health Bonus Incentives 2 Week PTO Holiday Pay Profit Share Work for a company with good culture that hires from within
