Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Lexington, KY
Salary: $65,000-$85,000/Year Base Salary
Founded in 2012, we are a commercial general contractor and construction management cmpany. As a design-build company, we focus on providing quality to our projects through our ability to self-perform our work, value through schedule control, and eliminating layered markups.  We focus mainly on larger commercial projects including: Hospitals, Healthcare, Educational, Manufacturing, Offices, Stadiums, Hotels and Retail.  What You Will Be Doing 1) Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects is required
2) Review, create, submit quality estimates with detailed proposals
3) Prepare high level quantity and manpower take-offs
4) Prospect and procure new opportunities for bid
5) Comprehensively analyze plans, specifications, proposals and additional documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects
6) Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, jobsite walk-throughs, bids, and coordination meetings
7) M aintain professional working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and peers
What You Need for this Position 1) Bachelor's degree in construction, construction mangement, or related field; or related construction experience
2) 3+ years of Commercial Construction Estimator 
3) Provide Estimates & Estimating Services
4) Experience with conceptual and schematic design budgeting
5) Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
6) R ead and understand blueprints
