They are looking for an experienced Estimator that has experience with Multi-Family Projects .This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a top builder in the area!
Summary: Estimate costs for multi-family residential projects, collaborating with teams, analyzing project specs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency.
Construction Estimator - Multi-Family Responsibilities:
* Analyze project plans and specs.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates.
* Manage bid processes and vendor relations.
* Monitor project costs and budget adherence.
* Implement cost-saving strategies.
* Maintain documentation and reports.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Construction Estimator - Multi-Family Qualifications:
* Degree in Construction Management or related preferred.
* Experience in construction estimating.
* Proficiency in relevant software.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
