WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? This bookkeeping and HR position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Experience in construction bookkeeping and human resources management, preferably in the HVAC industry Proficiency in progress billing, journal entries, month-end close processes, and accrual accounting Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Having a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
