Position – Construction Administrator
We are looking for a Construction Administrator/Manager with approximately 5+ years of experience
Industry: project opportunities includes residential, commercial, single family, multifamily, retail, and earth retaining structures
Technical Skills: knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD or AutoCAD is required.
Job responsibilities:
Conducting visits to construction sites, including both ongoing projects and completed residences Investigate structural problems like drywall cracks and foundation issues QA/QC work: drawing and spec reviews will be the main focus Be able to maintain control of the project and ensure their management throughout the entire project lifecycle Ability to teach/mentor younger staff Provide technical support and manage multiple projects.
