DCOMM Inc. (headquartered in Austin, Texas) is hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a smart, motivated, highly organized, hardworking professional to fill this position and join our team. The right candidate for this position will be self-motivated, independent and able to work under tight deadlines in the fast-paced construction industry. Major Duties & Responsibilities: · Act as the liaison between DCOMM Office and superintendents in the field
· Invoicing construction's work into Prism
· Prepare and coordinate submittal process
· Research and process invoices according to company policy
· Process Notice to Owners and lien releases as needed
· Assist in new vendor set up by obtaining the necessary forms from vendors and subcontractors
· Send out contracts, change orders and purchase orders via email as needed
· Liaison between upper management and vendors/subcontractors to obtain facilitate on-site progress
· Prepare closeout documents for ongoing projects
· Assist in the bidding process by reaching out to subcontractors and vendors via email and phone
· Submit and track building permits with county municipalities
· Support the administrative functions of construction projects from the design phase through close out
· Office administrative and field duties as needed
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
