Position Overview : The Construction Administration Assistant plays an important role in assisting with the organization and management of the construction process. The Construction Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing the administrative and technical aspects of the construction process, including the organization of documents, preparation of closing packages, review of site plans, and use of Buildtopia. Key Responsibilities : Organize and manage the administrative aspects of the construction process. Prepare closing packages and review site plans. Use Buildtopia and other computer software programs to facilitate the construction process. Provide administrative support in the tracking, reviewing, and distribution of documents. Review and update project timelines. Coordinate and assist with scheduling meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in construction administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in construction administration or related field. Knowledge of Buildtopia and computer software programs. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
