Concrete Superintendent Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Concrete or Civil Construction projects
* Strong communication skills, able to lead meetings onsite
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, HCSS, and scheduling software
Concrete Superintendent Responsibilities
* Oversee all activities in the construction process
* Correctly interpret blueprints, plans & drawings
* Self-perform & Delegate Tasks to foreman
* Performance evaluation of crew members
* Accurately document materials used and hours worked
* Enforce safety regulations
* Report accidents or misconduct to management
* Estimate Timelines
