Concrete Repair Sales Rep

What We Offer: Competitive Starting Base Salary: $30,000 Earn up to $90,000 annually with commission (3% after training) Company Vehicle Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Matching First 90 days will be a ramping up/training period. Pay will be $1000 a week during this time.
Your Responsibilities: Meet with potential customers for estimates either in-person or virtually. Craft engaging sales presentations and demos. Keep track of leads and sales using CRM software. Follow up with clients to move deals forward. Work closely with internal teams for seamless sales processes. Weekly Tasks: Strategize sales plans for maximum effectiveness. Cultivate relationships with existing clients. Review sales performance and identify areas for growth. Engage in ongoing sales training and development. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies. Key Performance Indicators: Sales Revenue Conversion Rate Pipeline Velocity Client Retention Average Deal Size Activity Metrics Performance Evaluation: Your success will be measured by your dedication to your responsibilities, achievement of KPIs, and contribution to team goals.
