Responsibilities
• Manage project team members and provide mentorship for growth• Ensure detailed knowledge of project scope and cost control• Coordinate and manage project planning and scheduling• Accountable for project completion, financials, and customer satisfaction• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
Requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans• Understanding of ADA requirements and concrete construction testing and inspection procedures• 5+ years in Commercial Concrete, 2+ years as a Project Manager• Experience in layouts, excavation, formwork, and reinforcing preferred
