Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all aspects of flatwork projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
* Estimating and preconstruction responsibilities
Skillset Requirements:
* Have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing concrete flatwork & structural projects in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Possess strong estimating skills and the ability to develop accurate project budgets.
