Requirements
• 3+ years of concrete estimating experience• Knowledge of Bluebeam or other applicable software• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings• Excellent people skills• Strong attention to detail• Organizational and time management abilities• Problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Effective communication and negotiation skills• Understanding of construction industry practices
