About the Role: As a Concierge Lounge Attendant, you will be the heart of our concierge lounge, responsible for maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere while attending to the needs of our valued guests. Your main duties will include replenishing food and beverages, interacting with guests to create memorable experiences, and ensuring the lounge area remains clean and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the concierge lounge with a friendly and inviting demeanor. Maintain and replenish food and beverage offerings, ensuring guests always have access to fresh and delicious options. Interact with guests to provide personalized recommendations and assistance, making each visit to the lounge a memorable experience. Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including tidying up tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a neat and welcoming environment. Foster a family-friendly atmosphere in the lounge, catering to the needs of guests of all ages and ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit. Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in making guests feel welcome and appreciated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
