As a member of this team, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships with our clients and helping them manage their growing portfolios. **What You'll Do:**
- Collaborate with a team of top-performing insurance professionals to build and enhance customer relationships.
- Convert incoming quote requests into sales opportunities, leveraging phone, SMS, and email communication channels.
- Focus on sales, with service-related inquiries directed to our dedicated client experience team.
- Provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to continuously improve our offerings.
**Your Background:**
- A minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- A competitive spirit and a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent discipline and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ambition to go above and beyond to achieve your targets.
**Licensing Requirements:**
- An active Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state is mandatory.
- We will assist with obtaining non-resident licenses as needed.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- A competitive total compensation package ranging from $75,000 to $115,000, with uncapped commission earning potential.
- A higher-than-industry-standard base salary.
