Job Summary Working in this role, you will be a key point of contact for both associates and guests. You will be a visible, mobile, always available presence in the assigned area. It will be expected that you establish trusting relationships with employees.
Key Responsibilities: Welcomes customers to the workplace, confirms their requirements, and orients consequently Walks the space and is visible throughout the day to communicate with employees, gather their feedback, and assist them with their needs Collaborates to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situationsRemains aware of and prepares for major events, visits, presentations, etc. Maintains continual communication and interfaces with all departments throughout the site Answers and properly directs incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent hospitality experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, hospitable environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under varying stressful conditions with a patient, calm and friendly demeanor Resourcefulness, professionalism, and poise Apply to Flik today!
