Responsibilities
• Greet and direct visitors, families, residents, and employees• Answer phone calls and handle front desk duties• Coordinate medical appointments and family outings• Support Marketing Department and Office Manager• Familiarity with community layout and employee responsibilities
Requirements
• Compassionate and positive attitude• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations• Previous experience as a Receptionist/Concierge preferred• Sensitivity to resident needs and ability to build positive relationships• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
