This Computer Operator role with Associated Bank will ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned operational tasks and procedures supporting the bank's various network technologies systems to ensure system availability and stability.?? This person will: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all assigned operational procedures including monitoring of the batch schedule, file transfers, production backups, infrastructure/application performance, data/voice availability, server availability, ATM availability, security alerting, and storage (SAN) health Maintain an up-to-date daily job schedule and file transfers for all IBMi on Power Systems, Windows operations, UNIX, and Data warehouse/DataMart for all Associated Bank locations Continually monitor the WAN, online banking and other key applications for uptime. Escalate to tier II in a timely manner. Continually monitor data center environment. This person will need to be knowledgeable in the operational requirements of all power backup, air conditioning, and other support systems and equipment. Generate, track, and follow up on tickets to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction Schedule: This role operates on a biweekly rotating schedule: Week 1 - Thursday-Saturday 7:00AM to 7:30PM Week 2 - Wednesday-Friday 7:00AM to 7:30PM & Saturday 7:00AM to 3:30PM This is a hybrid remote role. Every third week, this person will work onsite at our office in Green Bay, WI. QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Information Systems or business related discipline Required Less than 2 years experience in Information Technology, with experience in operating IBM on Power Systems computer systems Required 3-5 years experience in Information Technology, with successful training in IBM on Power Systems and work experience in a data center Preferred Have or be willing to obtain an IBM Certification within 1 year. Could include a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree or IBM Certification or equivalent experience in information systems.
