(NSB) is looking for a Compliance Manager to join the Team in our Bothell, WA office. The Compliance Manager is responsible for working closely with the Quality Assurance team to drive a positive, productive culture and ensures QA Auditors meet or exceed their KPIs while staying within industry compliance standards. Also responsible for continuously developing direct reports to their fullest potential, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully execute their work to their highest capability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes and nurtures a professional, positive, and productive company culture.
Formulates, implements, and reviews results of department strategies and updates as needed.
Participates in interviewing and hiring as needed
Documents, reviews, and updates department SOPs bi-annually.
Assists with Compliance audits & certifications
Ensures collection and subrogation letters are reviewed by legal annually.
Implements collection letter changes and reviews for accuracy.
Responsible for Collector regulatory compliance and ensures disciplinary action and coaching takes place as needed.
Verifies that call and file auditing is completed weekly.
Reports weekly call and file monitoring results to management.
Ensures any complaints are tracked, investigated and responded to in a timely manner.
Completes and submits license and related annual renewals in all applicable states.
Takes the lead on state audits / examinations.
Researches and participates in industry compliance training and education opportunities.
Monitors direct report's performance and attendance.
Develops, implements, and monitors training, improvement plans, benchmarks and disciplinary actions as needed.
Conducts weekly meetings and monthly 1:1's with QA Team.
Conducts annual performance reviews with direct reports.
Tracks, analyzes, and reports on personal and department KPIs and ensures they're met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3 - 5 Years of relevant experience
Management/supervisory experience
Great attention to detail
High organization and efficiency skills
Keen analytical skills
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills
Integrity and empathy
