Compliance Inspector Location Remote in Fort Worth, TX : A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customersatisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issuesand accurately recording findings. Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone,in person and electronically. Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes todetermine validity of complaintsand the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. Investigate and enforce property codeswithin boundaries. Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintainor achieve minimum property standards. Other duties as assigned.
