INVISTA's Global Compliance & Ethics team is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing compliance strategies & processes for our global businesses.
We are in search of a candidate who has the ability to:
Critically think through compliance risk factors to identify and properly categorize potential risks to the business Constructively engage in a challenge process with peers and leaders Quickly build relationships across the organization Quickly learn various regulatory requirements Successfully manage multiple priorities while demonstrating sense of urgency What You Will Do Global Administration and optimization of training systems Work across company integrated teams to develop and execute adult learning strategies Coordinate and support sites, troubleshooting and resolving issues Analysis of training report and metrics to proactively identify and develop recommendations Serve as key partner across INVISTA, as well as Koch companies, on system updates & improvements Provide administrative support, development, and training for INVISTA incident management system Facilitate and coordinate the compliance technology risk assessment process Support the global counterparty compliance due diligence process Develop knowledge related to global commercial compliance laws (i.e., Anti-Trust, Anti-Corruption, Employment & Labor, Government Interactions, Intellectual Property, etc.) Compliance initiative and project support Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 1+ years of experience in a compliance role or a strong understanding of compliance requirements relating to your current role This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Experience working with and maintaining confidential information What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience in Project Management Ability to recognize and analyze risk factors
