Responsibilities
• Research and maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory practices• Implement state reporting based on state laws• Mitigate client calls to assist in states where LifeSafer, Monitech, and Guardian Ignition Interlock Devices are used• Prepare company responses and evaluate and respond to questions for compliance requirements• Assist with duties in the local office
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required• 1-2 years of experience in a technical role involving analyzing data for trending and reporting• Previous Customer Service background preferred
