Make your mark for patients
UCB is hiring an Incentive Compensation Manager to join our team. This position is based in our in Atlanta, GA location.

About the role As an Incentive Compensation Manager you will provide analytics support and strategic insights for Incentive Compensation (IC) and Sales Operation processes like contest management, annual award program and data/IC inquiries for different sales teams.

Who you'll work with You will partner with internal teams and vendor partners to implement incentive compensation strategies.

What you'll do Work with internal teams and vendor partners to develop and design IC Plan, modeling, implementation, IC performance report delivery, contest administration, business rule process, validation, and communication Be a quality control champion and data validation expert for all deliverables and tasks for the sales team Be the liaison for IC Data inputs for external partners and internal partners like data warehouse, reporting, and call planning teams. Provide analytical insights into the plan execution using multiple data sources. Provide insight into best practices and business rules across multiple brands and ensure alignment with UCB IC guiding principles. Provide ad hoc information requests to address business questions and participate in larger-scale sales force effectiveness projects.
I nterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA preferred. 2 – 4 years of experience in sales incentive compensation, sales analysis, and reporting. Preferred: Experience with data modeling and advanced analytics. Pharmaceutical or medical device experience. Advanced MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills . Experience with Tableau, QlikView, Qubole or other analytics tools.
This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $100,640 - $132,090 per year. The actual salary offered
will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
