Compensation and Analytics ProfessionalMorgan Stanley's Rewards & Analytics team is seeking a HR professional with 2-6+ years of compensation-related experience. The primary functions of the group include, but are not limited to:- Compensation expense planning/forecasting, coordinating monthly bonus accrual, and preparation of base salary budgets - all with accompanying analytics- Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes- Preparation of compensation related modelling and analytics to create senior management exhibits and presenting to management teams to make critical business decisions- Preparation of a wide variety of human capital analytics (including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, ad-hoc requests)- Collaboration with various partners, including Finance, Payroll, Executive Compensation, and Business-specific and firmwide Compensation Teams- Market Data Coordination and Vendor RelationsSkills required:-Bachelor's Degree-2+ Years Professional Related Work Experience-Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way-Must have ability to manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders-Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously-Strong client focus and team player-Must have superior attention to detail-Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely-Strong Microsoft Excel skills and exposure to Microsoft Access preferred-Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools, developing & using predictive analytics, Python or Business Objects preferred-Interest in learning new systems and technologies-Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment-Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processesExpected base pay rates for the role will be between 70,000 and 130,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
