Community Support Worker

Responsibilities: Coordinate and lead team meetings as necessary. Assess, support, and intervene in crisis situations. Provide guidance and coaching on socialization, development, and daily living skills. Motivate individuals to achieve treatment objectives. Complete required documentation. Attend organizational meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements: Minimum age of 21. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. At least one year of relevant experience working with children and families. Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish fluency is a plus). Reliable transportation. Willingness to engage in moderate day travel.
