The LIHEAP/CSBG Office Clerk is responsible for checking and uploading reports for payment approvalAssist the Director in budgeting, research, community planning, and coordination of the Community Service Block GrantAttend trainings and assist in maintaining program spreadsheets and FEMA reports

Responsibilities
• Check daily LIHEAP county/vendor reports for accuracy and upload vendor reports for payment approval• Assist in the overall operation at all 10 County Community Services Centers as needed• Call clients to confirm appointments and inform them of required documents• Key client applications in a timely manner• Verify correct payee before uploading vendor reports for payment approval• Check applications for accuracy and signatures before filing• Train temporary LIHEAP Data Entry Clerk• Maintain program spreadsheets and code applications for expense account• Make presentations to citizen groups to involve them in Agency planning• Maintain client confidentiality and treat clients, partners, and co-workers with respect
Requirements
• High School Education or GED• Data Entry Experience• Customer Service Experience• Ability to work with people, including elected officials, the elderly, and low-income individuals• Ability to supervise people• Good knowledge of social work techniques, programs, and coordinating agencies• Must have current driver's license and access to use of automobile with current insurance• Must have Easy Trak software training and knowledge of case management• Willingness to attend meetings and trainings, and travel to work locations if necessary• Exercise discretion, respect confidential information, and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds
