Job DescriptionThe Community Practice (CPrac) service at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) provides high quality primary care to clients within a 35-mile radius of the vet school as well as opportunities for clinical year veterinary students to participate in a primary care veterinary clinic setting. The Patient Service Coordinator is the service's first point of contact and provides extraordinary customer service to our clients. Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, monitoring emails, scheduling appointments, facilitating communication between the clients and the care team, and triaging client concerns.
