Responsibilities
• Develop and analyze budget for the property• Set rent rates and ensure timely rent collection• Approve invoices from vendors and contractors• Control expenditures within approved budget• Enforce lease agreements and manage resident concerns• Implement marketing and leasing strategies• Respond to resident complaints and service requests• Oversee maintenance team and property inspections• Hire and train property staff• Manage client/owner relationship
Requirements
• Experience in multi-family housing management• Knowledge of financial and operational analysis• Familiarity with Fair Housing and other regulations• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to handle budgeting and financial management• Experience in lease enforcement and resident relations• Knowledge of marketing and leasing strategies• Ability to supervise and train property staff• Good organizational and problem-solving skills• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
