Responsibilities
• Review daily report to plan and prepare for the day• Welcome and assist members and meeting room guests• Learn about new members' business needs and make introductions• Coordinate move-in process and prepare welcome kit• Provide coworking membership tours and explain benefits• Review billing and ensure space is tour-ready• Post sales ads for vacant offices• Review and approve paid time off requests• Conduct coaching conversations with team members• Engage with members and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
• 3+ years of strong customer service & escalation handling experience in hospitality or events industry• Experience with leading others• Comfortable with providing sales support• Effective communication skills• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities• Positive attitude and adaptability• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT equipment• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
