We are seeking a top-notch and experienced Community Manager to assist with the oversight and daily operations of our Apartment Community located in Cabot, AR. Responsible for all operating aspects of the apartment community, general administration, and maintenance of the physical site. Ensure quick apartment unit turnaround and compliance with government regulations. Manage rental collections and maintain high occupancy rates. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience managing a large apartment complex. Experience and understanding of Tax Credit Compliance. Experience with property management software, Onesite experience a plus. Outgoing, organized, and effective communicator.
