About the Position and Job Qualifications The Community Loan Assistant provides assistance to supplement staff or in the absence of a Team Member at Mabrey Bank branch locations. The Community Loan Assistant oversees the entire loan process and serves as a liaison between the client, Lending Officer, and Credit Administration team to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant. The Community Loan Assistant is expected to work well with others and maintain courteous and professional communications with teammates and customers.
REQUIRED QAULIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. Proficient use of a personal computer 3. Three-plus years of banking experience 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 1. Fundamental knowledge of image processing 2. Jack Henry software knowledge
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Usually days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
TRAVEL Travel is primarily during the business day, supporting the East Central branches. Travel for the Community Loan Assistant will be reimbursed in accordance with the Community Loan Assistant Travel Reimbursement Form provided to the Team Member.
