Country Manor has been a leader in the industry for a long time, and we are genuinely proud of what we offer.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical: Provides administrative and clinical leadership for Home Care staff to promote the delivery of quality care. Maintains knowledge base of current standards of nursing practices, Home Health Care, Federal and State rules and regulations. Provide oversight of clinical care. Financial: Knowledge of the Home Care budget to promote appropriate utilization of resources. Adjustment of staffing as needed based on census and skill levels. Staffing: Directs the hiring/employment process of Home Care personnel; interviewing, selecting, hiring, evaluation, coaching, training, and terminations of Home Care employees. Staff Development: Collaborates with Clinical Manager to ensure that a staff development program is in place to meet regulatory clinical and staff needs. Provides oversight of the education program. Quality Improvement: Fosters a culture of continuous quality improvement. Develops, implements and evaluates the Home Care department quality assurance program. This includes guest, family and staff satisfaction, safety and risk management, and strategic planning. Provides follow up with client and family concerns. Regulatory: Develops and maintains policies and procedures to promote compliance with all state and federal law and regulations. Stays current with upcoming regulatory changes. Completes required regulatory reports as directed. Completed quarterly and focused audits. Home Care: Directs, monitors and implements Home Care agencies and processes. Ensures all Federal and State regulations and laws are implemented. Stays current with upcoming regulatory changes. Ensures all aspects of the Health Care Reform Act, in respect to practices and billing, are being followed. Maintains knowledge of software programs. Other duties: Completes all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Current state licensure in field of practice, which must be in good standing Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing Must have superior interpersonal skills, written and oral communications skills and managerial skills 3 years of Nursing experience with at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience CPR Certified Must be able to read, write and communicate in English Benefits: PTO, Sick Pay and ESST accessible right away Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with immediate access for new employees 401k with Employer Match Longevity Bonuses  Monthly Staff Appreciation Events On-site child care at our Sartell location with an employee discount at Kids Country ( Perks for Our Team: On-site amenities at Sartell location are available for staff use, including:  Store  Pharmacy Coffee Shop Quick Clinic Drakes Fine Food & Spirits Multiple dining destinations (Staff discount applicable to Store and dining) This position is exclusive.
