Pay Range: $40-$45/hr only on W2

Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, strategy, communications or related The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in project management such as event planning & support, calendar management, and excellent organizational skills. Experience in creating, planning, and executing events for 200+ attendees (events to include executive level support) a strong plus. Job description: This program coordinator role will focus on supporting the Site Council community engagement programs. This position will report to the Director of Sustainable Impact PMO and receive direct supervision and guidance from the Site Council and Site Operations lead.
Responsibilities: Activities to accelerate digital equity at scale with both non-profit and corporate entities. Drive portfolio of social impact partnerships, from across multiple sectors, including education, and economic opportunity Support all activities related to impact metrics from program partners, in alignment with the company's theory of change and strategy. Liaise with community partners on programs in addition to procuring additional partners that support our digital equity goals. Support with creation of content that reflect program and metrics to present to stakeholders Work with key budget and metrics colleagues to drive progress on company's digital equity strategy. Work with key marketing and communications colleagues to drive programmatic messaging and highlight upcoming, important milestones and progress with partners. Analyze gaps in programming (geography, demographic, etc.) within current digital equity portfolio and recommend actions and activities to close such gaps. Collaborate with council lead and corporate entities to create rolling employee communications, digital, social media, and public relations content. Create and coordinate the overall community calendar of events for the Houston site with the objective to create synergy among groups and create consistent engagement.
