Responsibilities
• Conduct analysis of client materials for new investment and lending opportunities• Work with proprietary tools to understand project economics and terms• Lead underwriting and due diligence for all aspects of the deal• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies• Collaborate with various partners in finance, risk, and portfolio management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field• At least 12 months experience in commercial real estate underwriting• Proficiency with MS Office products and large Excel spreadsheets• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience in tax credit analysis or related field• Commercial credit training or strong financial modeling skills• Preferred qualifications include additional years' experience in development analysis or asset management• Experience in low-income housing tax credit industry or commercial real estate• Experience working with Salesforce or similar product• Graduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
