Midland Care is now hiring for a Community Aide Coordinator. Summary:
The Community Aide Coordinator will oversee the Thrive department and provide leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Aides, Companions, and schedulers to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures. This individual will be instrumental in promoting social welfare and enhancing the quality of life within the community.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Starting Pay: $56,000+/ Annually (pay is based on experience and requirements of role)

Healthcare management and leadership experience necessary. Possesses interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and communication. Critical thinking skills sufficient to support development of reasonable and achievable outcome measures and establishment of priorities. Must possess valid Kansas Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by Midland policy.
Preferred: bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent. 3 years or more of supervisory experience.
