Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher. This is a part-time, work from home position based in San Diego, California. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote our company's services, brand, and values.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans- Create and distribute engaging content through various channels such as social media, emails, and press releases- Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the company- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Resilient and passionate about the work- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Experience with social media management and content creation- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
