• Assist with execution and implementation of PERA communication strategies• Create and maintain forms and publications• Support creation of newsletters, videos, digital content, and print material• Administer mass email communication platform• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders• Evaluate communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or PR• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or PR (can substitute 1 year of experience)• Basic knowledge of communication and marketing principles• Writing skills for internal and external communications• Ability to design and develop documents using Adobe Creative Cloud software• Human relations, organizational, and team building skills
